Responsibilities- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and assist with repairs
- Support the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in training and professional development programs as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in HVAC or related field preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
