We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources & Resourcing Manager to lead and manage the full HR function while overseeing end-to-end recruitment and resourcing operations. This role is both operational and commercial, requiring a professional who can manage internal HR processes, contractors, and staff, while actively driving new resourcing business and strengthening existing client relationships.

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the business, clients, and candidates, ensuring compliance, performance, and growth across the HR and talent acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full HR function across the organization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary processes, warnings, grievances, and performance management.
  • Manage CCMA and labour-related matters, including preparation and liaison with legal advisors.
  • Monitor and manage employee leave balances, payroll inputs, and HR records.
  • Oversee staff onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labor legislation and best practices.
Recruitment & Resourcing
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract, and project-based roles.
  • Screen, shortlist, and submit suitable candidates to clients.
  • Manage interview processes, including sitting in on client and internal interviews.
  • Oversee contractor management, including contracts, renewals, performance, and compliance.
  • Ensure quality, turnaround time, and client satisfaction across all resourcing deliverables.
Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for resourcing and talent services.
  • Engage with existing clients to expand resourcing partnerships and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing engagement and service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and service presentations related to resourcing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support growth strategies within the talent and HR space.
  • Act as the primary HR and resourcing contact for clients.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure service excellence.
  • Provide HR and recruitment advisory support to clients where required.
Requirements Key Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong experience in resourcing, contractor management, and client-facing recruitment.
  • Proven exposure to labour relations, CCMA cases, and disciplinary processes.
  • Experience in business development or account management within a resourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead the HR function end-to-end.
