Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources and SHEQ Manager, you will

  • Define and execute the People Strategy to enhance communication, collaboration and employee satisfaction.
  • Driving and coaching on recruitment with hiring managers and strengthening employer branding.
  • Support and implement Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance.
  • Review all processes, procedures and documents to be in line with ISO standards and "The Way We Do Things".
  • Responsible for accurate record keeping, incident and accident investigation, risk assessments, and maintaining risk register.
  • Support Business Area in achieving and maintaining their ISO Global Certification.
  • Advise management on employment law, contracts, terminations, misconduct and incapacity.
  • Alignment on People Management processes, as defined in "The Way", across operation units, including remuneration and benefits.
  • Coach managers in leadership and organizational development, providing direct leadership over the assigned team.
  • Be active in the HR global community and lead the strategy around the Employee lifecycle Engagement area.
Qualifications

To succeed, you will need

  • Academic degree in human resources or equivalent.
  • Proven and strong experience in SHEQ.
  • Strong and proven leadership skills, direct or indirect.
  • Strong and proven experience in organizational development.
  • Strong and proven experience in HR related topics and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex situations.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Understanding interpretation and implementation of Labour Laws.
  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
