Job Description
General role responsibilities: 
- On-boarding process facilitation
- On-boarding file management
- Medical coordination
- Contractor file management
- Site recruitment assistance
- Ad hoc HR related support
- Document Control
- Reporting
- Diploma or advanced certificate in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related qualification equivalent to NQF level 6
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field at NQF level 7 would be advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and own transport would be an added advantage
- At least 5 years' HR related experience
- Experience in on-boarding required
- Experience in the mining industry would be advantageous
Appointments will be aligned to Employment Equity targets. Preference will be given to HDSA Female candidates.
