Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and development programmes.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management processes.
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A strong background in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must come from the business consulting / professional services.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in implementing HR policies and initiatives.
  • Can be based anywhere in South Africa.
