Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance on organisational design and workforce planning.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and development programmes.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision making.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with managers on performance management processes.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
A successful HRBP should have:
- A strong background in human resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in the business services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must come from the business consulting / professional services.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in implementing HR policies and initiatives.
- Can be based anywhere in South Africa.
