Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with full payroll administration, including handling payroll queries.

  • Prepare onboarding packs for new starters and assist with induction processes.

  • Support management with IR matters, including disciplinary processes.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.

  • Assist with leave administration, timesheets, and general HR operational tasks.

  • Be hands on and actively involved in day to day HR operations, not just desk based work.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in HR/Payroll administration.

  • Relevant HR qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and South African labour legislation.

  • Energetic, self driven, and proactive - willing to go the extra mile.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently and strive for continuous improvement.

  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
