HR/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - CAMPS BAY - WESTERN CAPE
Job Description
Assist with full payroll administration, including handling payroll queries.
Prepare onboarding packs for new starters and assist with induction processes.
Support management with IR matters, including disciplinary processes.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation.
Assist with leave administration, timesheets, and general HR operational tasks.
Be hands on and actively involved in day to day HR operations, not just desk based work.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the team.
3-5 years' experience in HR/Payroll administration.
Relevant HR qualification.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and South African labour legislation.
Energetic, self driven, and proactive - willing to go the extra mile.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently and strive for continuous improvement.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
