We're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join our clients team in Paarl. If you're passionate about people, process, and making HR work seamlessly on the ground, this could be the role for you. You'll be the go-to HR partner for line managers and employees alike - keeping operations running smoothly while helping build a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing sound and consistent advice.
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, contracts, leave, and offboarding.
  • Support and guide line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure accurate employee records and HR data integrity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
  • Partner with the broader HR team on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in an HR operations or generalist role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and relevant labour legislation.
  • Strong process orientation with a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
