We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and drive all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring HR strategies support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
  • 6+ years HR experience, with 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, BEE/EE compliance, and best practices
  • Payroll experience and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Code B driver's license, and own reliable transport
