Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the HR agenda, ensuring operational excellence across all people functions, and acting as a strategic business partner to management and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational HR support to business units across the business.
- Drive end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management & OD, employee relations, and learning & development.
- Partner with line managers to implement people strategies that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, HR policies, and procedures.
- Champion a high-performance culture through effective communication, coaching, and leadership support.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
- 3 - 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role.
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in a highly intensive and dynamic environment (e.g., aviation, logistics, manufacturing, or similar).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive people initiatives across all levels of the business.
