Are you an ambitious, hands on HR leader ready to drive significant strategic impact across multiple operational sites? Join our client's fast paced Baking Business Unit as a pivotal HR Executive. You will be the strategic right hand to the business leadership, directly influencing workforce planning, culture transformation, and complex industrial relations
Requirements- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- 10 - 15 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience operating at a Senior Management/Strategic level.
- Proven, hands on experience managing complex Industrial Relations (IR) and leading multiple union negotiations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Organizational Development (OD), Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), and Talent Management frameworks.
- Willingness and ability to undertake extensive local travel within the region.
- Experience with remuneration management and operational Learning & Development frameworks.
- Experience managing HR budgets and monitoring expenses for cost saving initiatives.
