Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations for HR Business Partners
• Ensure smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policy, standard operating procedure and customer expectation
• Accurately tag job positions and process requests in SAP
• Secondment and contract review management
• Generation of requested manpower reports
• No pay leave tracking and follow ups
• Meeting KPIs and responding to client issues promptly
• All other operational support required by HR BP Partners

Working Hours:

• 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday
• Up to $3,100

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in HR Business Partner Administration Support
• Diploma in Business / Human Resource
• Good written and communication skills
• Able to multi task and is Tech Savy
• Quick learner and a team player
• Meticulous in record keeping
• SAP knowledge is required (Know-How and Work Day)
• Must have excellent skills in EXCEL
• Team player
• Independent and able to work with little supervision
