HR Assistant - 12 Month Contract
Job Description
Our International Automotive OEM seeks a HR Assistant to support the HR department with a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing a career in Human Resources.
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- 1-3 years' experience in an HR administrative or assistant role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation would be advantageous
- Recruitment and stakeholder management skills
The successful candidate will assist with recruitment administration, employee records, onboarding processes, and general HR support.
