BCL Legal are pleased to be instructed by a boutique firm who are looking for a family solicitor with a broad range of experience across the family spectrum. The role is working for a family specialist firm focussing entirely on high value private work. The firm has a high quality caseload on offer for the successful candidate, and can either take someone at the junior end, keen to learn and develop, or someone more senior keen to slowly take on partnership responsibilities.

The role:
Family Solicitor working on a mixed private caseload
Heavily involved in both divorce and children work
Working directly with the partners
Chance to get involved in business development through networking events and seminars
Situated within a firm that actively encourages upwards progression, and with important responsibilities given to all members of staff

The candidate:
The successful candidate could be either mid level or senior, anywhere between 2 and 10 years PQE
Should you be at the senior end there will be business development responsibilities
Interest in becoming partner in a specialist family practice
Strong technical lawyer with excellent interpersonal skills

If you are a family solicitor lost in a large team in a large full service firm, or a solicitor in a smaller family team this represents an excellent step.
