Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various healthcare positions.
- Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' recruiting experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work remotely and flexibly within the US Eastern Time Zone.
