Introduction

We are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities Manager to join and lead the team.

  • Implement and maintain OHS systems, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Manage facilities operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
  • Oversee contractor management and service providers.
  • Maintain safety documentation and prepare regular reports.
  • Matric
  • Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
  • SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certification (advantageous).
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar Health, Safety, and Facilities Management role
  • Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Building Regulations, and Environmental legislation
  • Experience managing contractors and service providers
  • Experience managing HSE at multiple office sites (advantageous).
Skills required:
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - skilled in data compilation and reporting
  • Knowledge of OHS Act, Environmental Management Regulations, and incident investigation techniques
  • Project coordination and facilities management
  • Waste management and hazardous materials handling
  • Data analysis and trend identification.
