Health & Safety Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and empowered? We're looking for a proactive and detail driven Health & Safety Coordinator to help shape and strengthen our safety culture.

In this role, you won't just "tick boxes", you'll play a key part in protecting people, improving systems, and making a real impact across the business.

You'll work closely with our Chief Safety Officer and wider H&S team to keep our safety systems running smoothly and continuously improving. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting risk, incident, and audit management programmes
• Maintaining and improving safety systems (including Eco Portal and reporting tools)
• Assisting with investigations and ensuring accurate, meaningful reporting
• Coordinating training programmes and keeping compliance on track
• Helping deliver health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across the business
• Supporting emergency planning and safety monitoring across multiple sites
• Collaborating with teams to embed best practice safety behaviours

This is a varied, hands on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys both admin precision and people interaction.

You're organised, curious, and genuinely care about people's wellbeing. You're just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with a team.

• 2-5 years' experience in a health & safety coordination or admin role (or a relevant qualification)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Solid understanding of workplace health & safety practices and legislation
• Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence using systems and reporting tools
• A proactive mindset with strong problem solving ability
