Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the marketing team across all three brands
  • Hire, develop, and mentor marketing team members
  • Direct the creative and strategic marketing efforts of the group
  • Negotiate deals with supply chain partners for both advertising and marketing revenue
  • Drive e-commerce strategy, digital advertising, social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and community advertising initiatives
  • Understand and influence the buying behaviour of the younger generation
  • Liaise effectively with creative agencies, digital placement agencies, and e-commerce architecture consultants
  • Participate in senior management discussions, including budgeting and expense allocation
Qualifications

A successful Head of Marketing should have:

  • Marketing or related qualification
  • Retail marketing experience
  • Strong creative leadership with a proven track record
  • In-depth e-commerce and digital advertising
  • Understanding of tech/electronic products
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
