Head of Finance - Property & Investment Leader

A well-established property development group in Umhlanga is seeking a Head of Finance. This role involves overseeing the full finance function, managing complex accounting structures, and providing leadership and support to a high-performing finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-articles experience, strong technical and analytical skills, and familiarity with IFRS. This is a strategic position that reports directly to the CFO.
