Head of Finance Operations & Transformation - Africa

1001 Absa Bank is looking for a dynamic leader to manage finance operations across Africa's Finance Shared Services. You will partner with the Regional Head of FSSA to grow teams and align strategies for operational efficiency. Your role will focus on leading transformational finance projects and managing stakeholder relationships to create a sustainable operational model.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 years in finance management, a B-degree, CA (SA), and a postgraduate qualification in Financial Sciences. Proven experience in finance transformations and people management is critical.
