Provide strategic alignment, leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement of the digital investment platforms used across SBG. To lead and execute the SBG Investment platform strategy, roadmap, to achieve the vision of one consolidated SBG digital Investment platform strategy. To deliver scale, business and customer value through the digital platform and associated operations, aligning to regulatory requirements and enabling commercial objectives across segments and geographies.

• Type of Qualification: Business Commerce, Information Studies, Information Technology.
• Post Graduate Degree: Business Commerce, Information Studies, Information Technology (preferred).
• Field of Study: Business Commerce, Information Studies, Information Technology.

• Platforms, Payments & Big Tech - 8-10 years. Demonstrated ability to build constructive internal and external relationships, to continuously improve client experience, quality of delivery and influence priorities.
• Executive management experience, ensuring the strategic planning and target setting, managing multi geography international teams. Demonstrated ability and experience in managing areas of high financial impact, translating pressures to clear goals and objectives for functions.
• Experience with Platform Transformation strategies in growing and consolidating multi platforms to drive investments locally and globally. Engaged and partnered with relevant stakeholders that have a direct impact on the Bank's functioning across different geographical/functional areas.
• More than 10 years - seasoned leader who is client focused with proven organisational capability, end to end accountability and risk management. Advanced understanding and knowledge of Investment products and platforms. Demonstrated experience in managing processing of complex multi - geography solutions and products, having led initiatives across sectors & geographies.
