We are seeking a highly skilled, dual-role professional to lead our guiding team while overseeing the critical technical infrastructure of a luxury lodge. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can deliver world-class guest experiences and ensure all lodge assets

AHead Guidebalances field excellence with team management. Key responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Mentoring, training, and scheduling guides and trackers.
  
• Guest Experience: Leading high-end safaris and hosting guests to 5-star standards.
  
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing firearm protocols and wildlife safety regulations.
  
• Operations: Managing the vehicle fleet, guiding equipment, will need to have some maintenance background to assist around the lodge
  
• Liaison: Coordinating between lodge management and reserve conservation teams.
