Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef for a luxury restaurant located in the Winelands, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead a kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a refined hospitality environment.

Position: Live-out

• Oversee and manage all kitchen operations
• Lead, train and supervise the kitchen team
• Develop and maintain high-quality menus in line with the restaurant's concept
• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
• Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
• Maintain strict food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Control kitchen costs and work within budget requirements
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service
• Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest dining experience

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury restaurant or fine dining environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent culinary skills with a passion for high-quality cuisine
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment

• Staff canteen available
• One meal provided per shift
