Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $76,600 - $85,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Iris Capital is currently seeking passionate and experienced culinary professionals to join our dynamic hospitality team in Alice Springs. We are hiring for various Chef and Cook positions, including an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to lead operations at Lasseters Casino and The Gap View Hotel.

Head Chef Position
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team
  • Oversee menu development, food quality, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
  • Competitive salary: $76,600 to $85,000, based on experience
Additional Chef & Cook Roles
  • Multiple positions available across both venues

What We're Looking For
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
