Responsibilities & Focus

During a recent refurb the kitchen has been enlarged and fitted with a charcoal grill and a meat ageing fridge. There is a huge focus on music in this restaurant, so most people book for dinner and stay for hours after for the atmosphere and excellent drinks.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll be an experienced HC that is familiar with the administrative and commercial aspects of the role. Creativity is the most important requirement though so this role could also suit an experienced sous that is looking to step up.
