An incredible live in opportunity for an energetic and experienced Guide & Duty Manager Couple to join a luxury lodge based in Zululand, KZN. This role is ideal for a hands on couple who thrive in a close knit bush environment and are passionate about hospitality, guiding, and guest experience.

R18,500 combined (Live-in)

Includes meals while on duty and groceries for time off duty

Provident fund is compulsory

• Minimum 2 years guiding experience
• Maintenance experience advantageous (guides assist with maintenance duties)

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar lodge/hospitality role
• Strong ability to handle in camp guest and operational issues
• Confident working independently and under pressure
• Good initiative and problem solving ability

• Strong teamwork and ability to work in close quarters
• Ability to separate professional and personal dynamics
• Friendly, respectful, and confident with staff management
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and fully immerse in lodge life
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude
