To build sustainable key relationships across all channels, product houses and segments. Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service Manage internal clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads Signing up new schemes Driving Growth Manager Sales Maximize cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships Accounts growth: Gold, Savings, Investments, Bank wise, Overdrafts, Credit Cards, Personal loans including schemes Drive products and presentation for worksites Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined Regional sales targets Identify worksites and drive sales Assist with achieving of Consumer Sales targets Maximize sales from the Orphan Base Management of existing schemes and Sales Agents: CEB and North-West University Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects / initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progress Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to increase sales efficiencies of the team Plan and execute Regional campaigns successfully and on schedule. Set standards and benchmarks for measuring successful campaign execution. Monitor costs / benefits per campaign/channel.
