Growth Director - Rewards and Loyalty

Salt Digital Recruitment

Job Description

This is not a "one size fits all" sales role. We're in the business of making customers care. Care enough to stay loyal. Care enough to engage. Care enough to choose a brand again (and again). For 30 years, we've been quietly helping some of the world's biggest brands do exactly that, through experience-led rewards and loyalty programmes that go way beyond discounts and cash offers. Think smart tech, live data, emotional engagement and measurable ROI all wrapped up in long-term partnerships that actually last. Behind the scenes? A global crew of marketers, creatives and strategists who love big ideas, bold thinking and doing great work without taking ourselves too seriously.

What you'll actually be doing
  • Winning large, multi-year deals with seriously impressive brands
  • Building long-term loyalty and "always-on" engagement partnerships
  • Sitting at the table with C-suite and senior marketing leaders
  • Spotting growth opportunities using data, insight and market trends
  • Leading confident, commercial client conversations (no fluff)
  • Shaping and pitching smart, compelling solutions
  • Owning your pipeline, forecasts and targets like a grown-up
This might be you if
  • You know how to sell ideas, not just products
  • You're comfortable navigating complex, long-term B2B deals
  • You build relationships that last longer than the contract
  • You're strategic, curious and commercially sharp
  • You bring energy, confidence and a bit of personality to the room
