Responsible for implementing and embedding enterprise risk management practices across business units.

• Implement and maintain enterprise risk management framework
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks
  
• Facilitate risk assessments and workshops
  
• Monitor and report on risk exposure and mitigation plans
  
• Support business continuity planning
  
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (e.g. ISO, COSO)
  
• Engage stakeholders across business units
  
• Promote risk awareness and culture across the organisation
  

• Masters Degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
  
• 10-15 years experience in Global enterprise risk management
  
• Experience in mining, chemicals, or industrial sectors
  
• Knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000)
  
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
  
• Experience with ERM systems and tools
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
