Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Group Representative for a luxury game lodge based in Bela Bela. This live-in role is ideal for a guest-focused hospitality professional who excels at coordinating seamless, end-to-end guest journeys within a high-end safari environment.

• Manage the full guest journey from arrival to departure
• Coordinate all transfers, arrivals, departures and group logistics
• Act as the main on-site contact for all group requirements
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively and efficiently
• Ensure a seamless, luxury guest experience throughout the stay
• Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Oversee daily scheduling, logistics and operational coordination
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments
• Ensure all group information is accurate and up to date
• Maintain a professional and engaging guest presence at all times
• Assist with reporting and feedback on guest experiences where required

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lodges or guest relations
• Strong background in coordinating guest logistics or group travel
• Experience working with high-end international clientele advantageous
• Understanding of safari or lodge operations beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• High level of attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset
• Professional, well-presented and confident demeanour
• Ability to work independently in a remote, live-in environment
• Flexible with working hours based on guest movements
• Strong problem-solving ability
