An automotive retail group is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager / Head of HR to lead the HR function across multiple dealerships. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive people strategy and driving HR transformation initiatives. Candidates should have at least 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential, along with strong strategic and leadership capabilities.
