Job Description
Freedom of Movement is looking for a bold and creative Graphic Designer to help shape and elevate our visual identity across all brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for a conceptual thinker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to move beyond execution into ownership, contributing to creative direction and delivering impactful design solutions.
You will work closely with Marketing, Retail, Product, and Digital teams to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life in a cohesive, innovative, and commercially relevant way.

What will you be responsible for?- Conceptualise and execute high-quality design across digital, print, in-store, and campaign environments.
- Own and evolve the FOM visual identity, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Translate briefs into innovative, on-brand creative solutions aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Drive the creation and rollout of campaigns across social media, mailers, website, and retail environments.
- Manage the full design production process from concept through to final artwork and output.
- Ensure all creative meets brand CI guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality and detail.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, Product, and Digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to creative strategy through trend research, insights, and regular inspiration sharing.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve design processes, workflows, and outputs.
- Present creative work for feedback and refine outputs to achieve best-in-class results.
- Manage timelines, briefs, and workflow efficiently to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Support the implementation of campaigns both in-store and online.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Perform any additional responsibilities required to support the broader marketing and brand strategy.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in Graphic Design (retail experience advantageous).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Keen to stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas into the business.
