As part of our global Marketing & Communications team, you'll help bring this mission to life through compelling design. If you're a versatile creative who loves transforming ideas into clear, impactful visuals across different formats (presentations, video, web assets), this role gives you the space to grow, contribute, and leave your mark. In this role, you will help elevate RIB's visual identity across all touchpoints. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and internal teams, turning concepts into engaging design that supports campaigns, customer stories, and our global brand presence.# Key responsibilities Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, social media, and internal communications. Create and enhance compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive, sales, and customer-facing use, ensuring clarity and strong visual storytelling. Edit and produce engaging video content for campaigns, webinars, and social platforms, including basic motion graphics. Support web content updates and landing page design, contributing to an intuitive and visually engaging user experience. Work closely with cross functional teams to translate business and marketing objectives into creative, brand aligned outputs.# Essential requirements 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, diverse portfolio. Experience working in a B2B and SaaS environment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Understanding of brand, marketing, and campaign fundamentals. Proven experience creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations. Hands-on experience with video editing, animation, or motion graphics. Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Strong collaboration, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills aligned with values of Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity, and Trust. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Level C1-C2)Advantageous Exposure to AI-powered creative tools (e.g. AI-assisted design, image generation, video editing, or productivity tools).
