Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking talented and imaginative Graphic Designers to join our expanding freelance and remote creative team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong visual sense, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling digital visuals. As a remote freelancer, you will collaborate with our marketing, branding, and product teams to design assets that enhance user experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver creative visual assets including digital ads, social media graphics, web layouts, infographics, presentations, and branding materials
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design needs and provide visual solutions
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs
  • Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback accordingly
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility across various digital design formats
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional design experience (freelance or in-house accepted)
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or branding design is a plus
  • Experience working in remote or cross-functional teams is desirable
Working Hours
  • Freelance, project-based
  • Flexible scheduling with opportunities for long-term collaboration
  • Must be responsive to communication within agreed time zones and project timelines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of current design tools and trends in digital and social media
