Graphic Designer / Illustrator & Admin Assistant
Job Description
Our client, a civil engineering company based in Lynwood Glen, is looking to appoint a junior-level candidate to assist with building technical illustrations in CorelDRAW, as well as supporting basic reporting and administrative tasks. This role is suited to a young, detail-oriented individual who is technically minded and looking to grow within a structured professional environment
Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Create and update technical illustrations using CorelDRAW
- Assist engineers with visual layouts for reports and project documentation
- Compile and format reports (including adding visuals and ensuring neat presentation)
- Maintain drawing records and document control
- General office administration support where required
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all visual and written documentation
Minimum Requirements
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in CorelDRAW (non-negotiable)
- Some exposure to technical drawings or structured design work
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, basic reporting)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and methodical
- Reliable and professional

- Junior-level candidate (1-3 years' experience)

- Comfortable working in an engineering environment
