Job Description

Managed People Solutions is offering Tele sales Graduate Internship opportunity to young, unemployed and graduates who wants to grow their practical experience (12-month duration) in the workplace. This opportunity is only open to Higher Education graduates in the Johannesburg region.

Responsibilities
  • Contacting potential or existing customers.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.
  • Recording customer details, feedback, and responses in the system.
  • Supporting the sales team with paperwork, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Meeting daily or weekly call and sales quotas set by the supervisor.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of offerings to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Addressing customer concerns professionally and directing complex queries to the relevant team.
  • Calling back interested customers and scheduling follow-up calls when needed.
  • Representing the company in a courteous and professional manner during calls.
Requirements
  • Under the age of 28 years.
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Administration, Marketing, Business Management or any related field

Duration of program: 12 months
