- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, or a completed qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
- South African citizen.
- 12 months or less of working experience.
- Average academic achievement of 65 % or above.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work in any province of South Africa.
