Graduate Programme 2026 (Civil Engineering)

Hatch is seeking Civil Engineering Graduates who will support projects globally. The Civil & Structural teams are comprised of professional engineers, designers and technologists with experience in the design, construction and commissioning of facilities worldwide. We look for young engineers eager to be involved in complex small- and large-scale engineering projects and able to demonstrate keen problem solving skills in developing practical solutions.

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Civil Engineering.
• Final year student studying towards a BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering or hold a completed qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
• 12 months or less working experience.
• Average academic achievement of 65% or above.
• Attach a copy of your most recent full academic transcript.
• Be a South African Citizen.
• Be flexible to work in any province within South Africa.
