Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and support procedures
- Accurately document customer interactions
Requirements:
- Native or C2 level German
- B2 level or higher English
- Must be currently based in South Africa
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
