German Speaking Customer Support Agent
Job Description
We are recruiting a German speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international retail customer service project based in Umhlanga, Durban, South Africa.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling retail enquiries, and ensuring a high-quality service experience through excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with retail enquiries such as orders, deliveries, returns, and product information
- Provide accurate and professional customer support
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed CRM records
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Work towards service quality and efficiency KPIs
- German (B2-C2 level), spoken and written
- Good English communication skills
- Matric / Grade 12 required
- Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
