Job OverviewWe are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support a global online retail project in Umhlanga, South Africa. This is an on-site role suited for customer-focused professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Language RequirementsEnglish: Advanced (for internal communication and training)
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, email, chat)
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and general account support
- Provide accurate information while ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Follow internal procedures and service guidelines
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance targets
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
- Willingness to work on-site in Umhlanga
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- 1x local flight to Durban before start date
- 20 nights accommodation provided (location selected by the employer)
