We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our on-site team in Umhlanga. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, clear communication, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

You'll be supporting customers through various channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing a globally recognized organization.

What You'll Do

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in German

Communicate internally in English with team members and supervisors

  • Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Navigate customer support systems and document interactions correctly

Meet service quality, productivity, and compliance standards

  • Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends when required
What We're Looking For

German language proficiency (B2-C2), written and spoken

Good command of English for internal communication

  • Customer service or call centre experience is advantageous (retail experience is also a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Comfortable with rotational shifts

Basic computer skills and confidence using support tools

What We Offer

Monthly salary: R20,000 - R25,000

1x local flight to Durban prior to start date
