This is a dynamic, detail-oriented team that takes customer experience seriously - your work will have a direct and visible impact on how the brand is perceived.

This company is looking for a reliable, polished German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their customer care team - and they need someone who can hit the ground running.

You'll be handling customer enquiries in German, resolving issues with care and professionalism, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best. This is a role for someone who is not just comfortable in a customer-facing position, but who takes genuine pride in doing it well.

Reliability and strong written German are non-negotiable. If you show up, communicate clearly, and care about quality - this is a great fit.

  • Identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the broader team

  • Keeping records accurate and up to date

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What We're Looking For
  • Native or fluent German speaker - this is a hard requirement; all customer communication is in German

  • Proven customer service experience - you've done this before and you're good at it

  • Excellent written German - clear, professional, and warm; this will be assessed during the interview process

  • Reliable and consistent - you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities

  • Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently within a structured team environment

  • Available to work CET business hours (Mon-Fri)

What's On Offer
  • Competitive salary (discussed during the interview process)

  • Fully remote position

  • Paid annual leave

  • Exposure to a dynamic, growing European consumer brand

  • Supportive team culture and ongoing learning opportunities

  • Access to The Global Talent Co.'s wider professional community of 25,000+ global professionals

At The Global Talent Co., we believe great talent exists everywhere. We're proud to connect professionals across the globe with companies that value what they bring.
