Fund Administrator

Location: Sandton.

Salary: R20,000 CTC per month (includes employee benefits: pension/provident fund and medical aid) (pending proven abilities)

We are seeking an experienced Data Agent to join our Fund Administration team. The role is responsible for market data services, maintenance of Security Master records, uploading prices from JSE/Finswitch/SIX/CIS Mancos, processing securities transactions (equities, bonds, CIS), and processing dividends and corporate actions (via uploads and manual capture). The role supports information security practices and TCF principles and may require flexible hours based on data availability and foreign jurisdictions.

• Maintain Financial Security Master records in line with process standards
• Upload market prices and process securities transactions
• Process dividends and corporate actions accurately on systems
• Adhere to deadlines and communicate issues promptly to Fund Accountants / Business Unit Head
• Ensure compliance with CISCA, ASISA pricing standards and regulatory reporting (e.g., Regulation 28, SARB Asset Allocation)
• Support information security and incident reporting.

• 1-2 years corporate actions / market data experience
• BCom with sound corporate actions knowledge would be adv
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
