Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 1 Ameshoff Street

To service the members and employers within the employee benefits scheme by facilitating administrative functions such as billing, claims, credit control and general pension fund queries. The primary objective is to ensure the smooth running of the scheme. To support the IAM employee benefits representatives with onboarding new business deals and ensure regulatory compliance checklists are met as required by internal processes and internal requirements.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: Diploma

Field of Study: Generic Management, Office Administration

Experience Required:

  • Personal Banking - Personal and Private Banking, 1-2 years, Client management experience
  • 3-4 years - Experience within the pension fund environment including product, process and regulation.
