Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency background who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a proactive hunter mindset, someone who can source candidates through multiple channels, manage high-volume pipelines, and confidently close top talent.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting candidates while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and surface candidates through non-traditional avenues
  • Qualify candidates using structured screening frameworks including familiarity with Boolean search techniques
  • Manage candidate communications and drive engagement throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Track recruitment metrics and optimise processes to improve speed and quality of hires
  • Confidently handle offer negotiations and close candidates effectively
  • 3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in high-volume sourcing and placements
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates independently without relying on inbound applicants
  • Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to convert candidates into hires
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working with ATS or CRM systems and recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
