FT Contract - Store Supervisor Durban KZN - eThekwini (Durban) - South Africa

Supervise and lead production staff in day-to-day manufacturing and packaging operations.

Ensure products are manufactured to retail standards, including branding, packaging, labeling, and presentation.

Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet retail delivery deadlines.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures tailored to retail compliance.

Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.

Enforce health and safety policies and ensure staff are trained on hygiene and safety practices, especially where consumer goods are handled.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Train and evaluate team members, fostering a performance-driven culture.

Report production data and KPIs to management, including output, labor efficiency, and downtime.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry
