With a reputation built on craftsmanship, elegance, and trust, the business is now entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking a refined, capable individual to become the welcoming face of the brand.

The Role

This is a pivotal, front-facing position for a polished and well-spoken professional who naturally connects with high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will represent the brand in-store, deliver an impeccable client experience, assist with bespoke jewellery sales, and contribute to the growth of the business through marketing and social media initiatives.

Working closely with the designer - and often independently - this person will be trusted to uphold the brand's values, aesthetics, and reputation at all times.

Requirements
  • Exceptionally well-presented, articulate, and confident
  • Comfortable engaging with wealthy, international clientele
  • Experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, travel, jewellery, fashion, or a similar premium environment
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and mature, with strong personal integrity
  • Naturally polished with an innate understanding of luxury service
  • Social media savvy with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Warm, personable, and emotionally intelligent
Duties will include, but not limited to:
  • Client Experience & Front of House
  • Be the first point of contact, warmly welcoming local and international clients into the boutique
  • Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clientele through exceptional service
  • Conduct consultations alongside the designer, assisting clients with bespoke jewellery selections
  • Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the brand's luxury standards
  • Sales Support
  • Assist with the presentation and selling of bespoke jewellery pieces
  • Manage client follow-ups, appointments, and after-sales communication
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
  • Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Assist with social media management (Instagram, digital platforms, and brand storytelling)
  • Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content creation
  • Help grow brand awareness while maintaining a refined, luxury positioning
  • Operations & Trust
  • Work independently when required, managing the boutique with confidence and integrity
  • Handle sensitive client and business information with absolute discretionContribute ideas and add value as a long-term member of the business
