Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Operate the front end loader safely and efficiently in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Load, offload, move, and stack materials as instructed, ensuring safe and accurate placement
  • Conduct daily pre operational inspections of the front end loader and report any defects or mechanical issues to the Site supervisor immediately
  • Ensure the loader is handled and operated in compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Always maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping of the machine cabin
  • Report any damage to property, equipment, or materials without delay
  • Follow site instructions regarding material segregation and designated loading or stockpile areas
  • Accurately complete required operational and inspection checklists
  • Always ensure full compliance with SHERQ / HSSE policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Qualification/s: A valid operating licence
  • Experience: 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar function
  • Required Skills:
    • Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Shows initiative and problem solving
