The Ford Guest Experience Ambassador productively leads the delivery of the Ford Guest Experience throughout the Dealership.All Ford Training will be directed through this person.

• To guide continuous improvement in the Ford Experience index.
• To ensure the lifetime relationship engagement activities are being carried out.
• To ensure Lifetime relationship engagement activities are being carried out.
• Manage and lead the 55 programs at the Dealership.
• Ensure execution of in-dealership training and OEM training for all staff.
• Monitor and drive usage of social media by Sales and Service.
• On board New Candidates at the Dealership and with Ford SA.
• Responsibilities and accountability that come with the position.
